returns
Because all of Carol Greiwe Jewelry is handmade and one of a kind, I do NOT accept returns or cancellations. I gladly accept exchanges. If a piece of jewelry is not what you expected, you may exchange it for a different piece. Shop with confidence.
Exchange only within 21 days of delivery in it’s original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the jewelry is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please email me to notify of a return.
shipping & handling
Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Shipping is FREE in the United States. I ship via USPS priority insured. International and U.S. territory shipping is a flat rate of $75.
damage
If for some reason your jewelry is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact me immediately. Please keep all original packing material. Photos of the damage may be necessary to file a claim.
sizings & alterations
Most of my rings can be sized for an additional fee of $75. Please contact me for details.
custom design
Yes, I do custom design. Please expect 4-8 weeks for custom designs from time of order. Full payment is expected at time of order. Please contact me to discuss your idea.
